Born in 1972, I’ve had a few decades to figure things out – and let’s be honest, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. A proud dad to two amazing daughters, and living the quiet life on Sunnmøre, Norway, I’ve had my share of ups, downs, and “should’ve, could’ve, would’ve” moments.
I’ve been dealing with shoulder, neck, and back pain since 1999 – a constant reminder that life’s little detours can become long-term companions. 🏋️♂️ But hey, I’m still here, still moving, still trying. I once ran 3,000 meters in 9:50, which was pretty cool. But… I’ve never run a 10K under 40 minutes. Maybe that’s the universe telling me not to rush. ⏱️
Am I fit? Nah. Am I the worst? Also nah. I’m somewhere in between. A little extra on the sides, but I like to think of it as “life experience.” 😂
When I’m not out in nature or traveling, you’ll find me designing websites (mostly Shopify and WordPress) in my spare time. I also run digitalplanners.com – because who doesn’t love a good planner, right? 📅
Oh, and the thoughts – let’s talk about those. I’ve got a mind full of wild ideas that usually end up in absolutely nowhere. Anyone else know the feeling? 🧠💥
Creativity? Well, let’s just say I’ve launched more than 10 startups in my life. Most of them didn’t make it. But hey, that’s what happens when you’re constantly thinking “what if?” and then getting distracted by the next shiny thing. ✨
So here I am, in my floppy glory, taking it one step at a time. No promises. No perfect moments. Just progress – however slow or ridiculous it may seem. 🌱
